Finance Manager

This is a key role within the organisation, with responsibility for overseeing the charity's day-to-day financial position and promotions whilst supporting its mission through strong financial stewardship.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead and develop the finance and promotions team, ensuring the delivery of robust financial reporting and clear, timely communication around budgeting and financial performance. You will play a pivotal role in the preparation of high-quality management information, presenting insightful management information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the charity and its subsidiaries.This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to combine technical expertise with purpose, influence, and leadership within a values-led organisation.
Typical duties include:

• Qualified to AAT level 4 min
• Experience with transactional finance, month-end processes, budgeting and financial controls
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communicator & good presentation skills
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills
• Previous line management experience

• Salary £46,714 per annum
• Full-time permanent role Monday to Friday 37.5 hours, flexibility with start and finish times
