Clark Wood are currently working with a highly regarded UK accountancy and advisory firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior to join their growing Business Tax team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and people focused practice that is known for delivering high quality compliance and advisory services to a broad client base, including owner managed businesses, large corporates, and international groups.

• Involved in the preparation and review of corporation tax computations and returns, as well as supporting a range of advisory projects.
• Work closely with managers and partners, contributing to tax planning assignments such as capital allowances reviews, succession planning, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact on day to day tax matters, and collaborate with colleagues across audit, accounts, and advisory teams to deliver a joined up service.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to maintain high technical and service standards within the department.

• ACA / ACCA qualified and/or ATT or CTA qualified (or close to completion), with solid experience in UK corporate tax gained within an accountancy practice.
• Strong communication skills, good organisational ability, and a proactive, client focused approach.
• Experience with advisory work and interpreting financial accounts would be advantageous.
