Audit Partner / Director (Audit RI)

Our client is a well established professional services firm of Chartered Accountants and advisers experiencing a period of sustained growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to bring an additional Audit RI (Partner or Director) into the team to support continued growth.

• Contribute to the firm's audit quality risk and methodology strategy
• Execute plans to grow the audit practice and expand market share alongside the senior leadership team
• Mentor, coach, and develop audit talent, building a strong talent pipeline
• Be active in the market representing the firm and service offerings to build relationships and over time bring in new client work on top of existing portfolio work

• Experience as an audit Responsible Individual, ideally at Director or Partner level within practice
• Experience with corporate audit clients
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex audit matters
• Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of an audit portfolio
