Description:
Project Delivery
Lead the full project lifecycle for HCM transformations and Payroll migrations (initiation through to go-live and hypercare)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and governance structures
Project management Phase Zero HR Transformation activitie
Ensure adherence to agreed methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery)
Portfolio manage multiple payroll migration projects
Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and change control
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party payroll providers
Chair project boards, steering groups, and working sessions
Provide clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, and financials
Functional
Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
Oversee design, build, testing, data migration, and cutover activities
Support business readiness, training, and change activities
Project manager RFP processes
Risk, Quality & Assurance
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, compliance, and operational risks
Ensure testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs) are planned and executed rigorously
Drive high standards of documentation and auditability
Manage go-live readiness and post-implementation support
