Secured Loan Advisor (Second Charge)

We re looking for a driven, customer-focused advisor to join our Bolton-based team.
As a Secured Loan Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests. Your key responsibilities will include: • Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks
• Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers financial circumstances
• Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts
• Matching customers with the most suitable lender and product based on their needs
• Managing the full advice process, including documentation and paperwork Essential experience and qualifications:
• Proven experience in second charge / secured loans in an advisory role
• A strong track record in a target-driven environment
• CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed
• Solid understanding of FCA regulation, DPA, and AML
• Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Personal qualities:
• Tenacious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Monday Thursday: 9:00am 6:00pm
