This position plays a crucial role in delivering best-in-class services and communication to customers across the UK, ensuring financial processes are seamless and accurate. The Role As the Sales Ledger, you ll: Raise accurate and timely sales invoices in line with FM contracts, schedules, and service agreements. Manage recurring and ad-hoc billing for reactive works, planned maintenance, and variations. Liaise closely with the Customer Service team and National & Internal Account Managers to ensure all billing information is accurate. Load invoices onto customer portals, ensuring values match with worksheets. Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. You To be successful in this Sales Ledger role, you'll have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in sales ledger or finance-related roles. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. Experience with CRM and accounting software.
