Lead financial planning and analysis to support commercial strategies.
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.
Support decision-making with detailed financial modelling and analysis.
Manage and mentor a small team within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Controller should have:
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Proven experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial decision-making.
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
