Financial Controller

Jacob Grey have just partnered with an established business in NW London to identify a new, commercially minded Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a tangible route to Finance Director within a couple of years.

Initially reporting to the Financial Director, your role will involve the following:

• Leadership of the finance team (12 individuals)
• Production of year end accounts
• Hands on production of month end management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
• Producing budgets and forecasts
• Ongoing and ad hoc project work
• Providing detailed financial and commercial analysis
• Introducing new robust financial processes
• VAT, cashflow, payroll and financial compliance

This role is made for a qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) professional, with clear ambition to lead the financial function of a well-established and successful business. You will also possess a track record of adding value through strong commercial analysis, whilst providing assurance with steadfast compliance.
