Job Description JOB TITLE: Workplace Relationship Consultant SALARY: £29,460 rising to £30,202 from 1st APRIL 2026 LOCATION(S): Edinburgh HOURS : Full-time 35 hours a week. WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. What you'll need Good understanding of Workplace Pensions products and Market insight. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure robust reporting processes Accuracy and attention to detail when following processes and maintaining records. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team. A proactive approach to problem solving and supporting others. A desire to learn, develop and grow your capability. And any experience of these would be really useful Experience in customer support, administration or service delivery, ideally within financial services or workplace pensions.
