Key Responsibilities:

This is an all-round Accounts role covering Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and other Finance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Process supplier invoices and receipts accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and run weekly payment runs
• Issue remittance advices
• Set up new suppliers, customers and delivery addresses
• Chasing payments
• Request and manage credit limits
• Send weekly customer statements
• Maintain accounts receivable reports
• Reconcile expenses
• Produce reports
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Run weekly inventory and stock reports
• Support VAT management and reporting
• Assist with budgets and forecasting
• Support audits and provide accurate financial information
• Support office administration

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with a proactive, can do attitude
