Payroll Manager

We are currently partnered with a well-established chartered accountancy based in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading and managing a team of 3
• Processing of high volume, multi-frequency client payrolls
• Supporting with the implementation of the new payroll system
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with the portfolio of clients
• Ongoing training, development and support of the payroll team

Candidates must have managerial experience within a bureau or accountancy setting to be considered.
