Learn more at Job Description: The Senior Consultant will lead and deliver Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using JustPerform , focusing on financial consolidation and planning processes . This role requires deep functional expertise in finance and accounting, combined with strong technical skills in JustPerform configuration and implementation. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery + Analyze client requirements and design scalable EPM solutions for consolidation and planning. + Configure JustPerform models, workflows, and business rules to meet client objectives. + Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards in consolidation processes. Implementation & Integration + Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data integration from ERP systems. + Develop and validate calculation logic for intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial adjustments. + Optimize planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Stakeholder Engagement + Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practices. + Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing. Quality Assurance + Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and performance. + Document processes, configurations, and provide post-implementation support. Required Skills & Experience Functional Expertise + Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles. + Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance processes. Technical Skills + Hands-on experience with a EPM platform. + Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools. + Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Professional Attributes + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and client-facing capabilities. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
