AAT Accounts Apprentice

JOB PURPOSE

To assist with the day to day functions of the finance team. Completing accurate records, meeting accounting deadlines.

Main Duties

• Maintenance of the purchase ledger
• Save invoices to DEXT and export to XERO
• Check invoices on approval max- approve
• Check VAT rates
• Prepare weekly Supplier payment files
• Sign off maintenance jobs and add to Property Management System
• Check monthly disbursements
