About the Role We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a nationwide leader in their field, following a recent acquisition, have created a new role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Duties:- Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring timely, high-quality management accounting outputs. Own the monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, accruals, and clear performance commentary. Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve financial accuracy. Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing commercial insight and decision support across the business. Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPIs, and forecasts to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and strategic initiatives. Support business cases, investment appraisals, and cost-optimisation initiatives with robust financial insight. Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and controls to increase efficiency and value.
