As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will drive talent intelligence and sourcing for both the firm and its high-growth portfolio. You will leverage data and AI-driven techniques to identify world class technical and GTM talent. • Influence high-impact hiring decisions by implementing advanced AI driven sourcing technologies and data informed recruitment strategies.
• Enjoy a collaborative, fast paced environment with significant exposure to investment teams and founders across the B2B software space.

• Conduct tactical research and talent mapping to identify and engage elite talent pools for internal and portfolio wide roles.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search, AI tools, and diverse recruitment channels.
• Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best in class candidate experience through efficient coordination and clear communication.

• Proven experience as a talent sourcer within an agency or in house environment, ideally with exposure to both technical and GTM roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI, and market insights to refine complex sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity, with a keen interest in venture capital and the enterprise software landscape.
