About the Job: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role will play a key part in delivering financial insight and strategic guidance across product areas. You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and provide valuable commercial support that drives business performance and long-term planning.
Duties will include:
Producing business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic decisions
Partnering with senior leadership, providing commercial insight and challenge
Leading financial interface for Portfolio, Marketing, and Fleet functions
Managing monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for P&L and capex
Supporting operational and commercial delivery of targets
Applying and enhancing analytical models to aid decision-making
Conducting performance reviews of product contracts
Identifying risks and opportunities across your remit
Supporting the Head of Commercial Finance with ad hoc analysis and reporting
About the Successful Applicant: You will be a qualified accountant with at least three years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in finance business partnering. You'll be commercially minded, confident with data analysis and modelling, and capable of communicating complex information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
