Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a client seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support Sales, Marketing and International Operations. This role would suit a qualified finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with the business to drive performance and informed decision-making.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to understand performance drivers, challenges and opportunities
• Deliver clear financial insight through analysis, interpretation and storytelling beyond the numbers
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning across multiple departments, including international operations
• Support profitability through pricing analysis, new product development and commercial negotiation

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Proactive, confident and comfortable challenging stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence non-finance teams
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments desirable
