Role Overview:

As a Consultant, you will join our entrepreneurial, high-growth Consulting practice focused on modernising Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations for Financial Services organisations through technology and data-enabled change. This role is ideal for analytically strong, intellectually curious individuals eager to build deep consulting expertise and develop fluency in technology, data, and modern delivery methods. You will collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Managers to tackle complex client challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of Financial Services transformation programmes in Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
  • Conduct structured analysis to diagnose client problems and assist in solution design.
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, analyses, and working documents.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, and product teams to enable digital and data-driven solutions.
  • Participate in agile delivery activities and help build internal tools, templates, and accelerators.
  • Contribute to internal research, proposal development, and team knowledge sharing while actively developing consulting and technical skills.
About the Candidate:
  • 3-6 years' experience in consulting, Financial Services, technology, data, or similar analytical roles, with strong academic and analytical capability.
  • Interest in Financial Services transformation and technology-enabled change, supported by clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to Financial Services functions (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations) and familiarity with data analysis or digital tools is desirable.
  • Demonstrates structured thinking, attention to detail, and professionalism in client communications.
  • Strong data literacy and curiosity about technology, AI, and automation, with the ability to engage conceptually with technical topics.
  • Proactive, self-directed, adaptable to change, and eager to collaborate and deliver high-quality work.
