Description: ONGOING TEMPORARY PURCHASE LEDGER/ADMINISTRATION JOB - CLEETHORPES

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger/Administration candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Our client in Cleethorpes is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven individual to support their friendly Finance team during a busy period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly finance team and make an immediate impact.
As a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of a large volume of invoices. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate supplier accounts, resolving queries, and supporting the business during a period of increased activity.
Duties:-

  • Process a high volume of supplier invoices with speed and accuracy.
  • Match, batch, and code invoices in line with internal procedures.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage weekly and monthly payment runs.
  • Maintain up to date supplier account information.
  • Handle invoice and payment queries from suppliers and internal teams.
About YouWe're looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience in a high volume purchase ledger/accounts payable role/ administrative position
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
