An established professional services business based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their busy Admin team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a professional environment, managing detail, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The Role You will play a key part in supporting the wider team, managing client administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing new client forms
  • Onboarding new clients and liaising with Client Managers to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
  • Maintaining client records and filing documentation in individual client files
  • Inbox and diary management
  • Billing administration and assisting with credit control
  • Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and receiving
  • Maintaining the office filing system, including scanning, filing and organising documents daily
  • Managing incoming mail and packages, including distribution across departments
  • Typing letters, reports and professional documents
  • Assisting with filing statutory documents with Companies House and HMRC
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Meeting, greeting and liaising with clients
  • Managing client records on the firm s database software
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within an accountancy practice or professional services environment
  • Experience using IRIS, Xero or similar accountancy software (beneficial but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
