A client of ours in the Brentwood (West Hordon) area are recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am - 4:00pm. Paying 40,000 - 50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to:
Weekly reporting of bank figures, creditors, debtors and budget overview.
Weekly cashflow report
Checking the CRM for invoicing
Approving purchase orders raised
Sending the FD monthly bank statement
Updating the debtors report and chase late payments
Bank reconciliation and bank balance kept up to date
Entering payroll information for 70 employees
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Manager position:
Accountancy qualified essential (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Experience in using quickbooks
Proactive
Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative
Excellent communication skills
