Credit Controller

A well-established organisation in Wythenshawe is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support the team and general operations.
Your new role
As the credit controller you will hold a pivotal role within the business to ensure the company cashflow remains buoyant and ledger clean. This is a varied role with the prime function being that of credit control where you will showcase your previous experience and abilities within credit control, as well as assist with adhoc Purchase ledger tasks and general basic office account duties to make the role even more varied!
This would suit a credit controller who also likes to be part of the wider finance function at times, and enjoys working as part of a small team.

Duties:-

• Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter
• Issuing monthly statements
• Internal liaison
• Customer query management
• Posting customer payments
• Processing supplier invoices and resolving discrepancies using SAP
• Uploading invoices/credit notes and reconciling statements
• Maintaining accurate customer/vendor records and shared mailboxes
• Raising & resending invoices
• Posting journals, reconciling inter company balances, and general ledger tasks
• Supporting ad hoc finance duties including bank payments and office supply ordering
