We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to join an Edinburgh-based not-for-profit organisation. This is a critical leadership role, working closely with the CEO and finance director to ensure financial stability and support the organisation to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on budget negotiations, budgetary control, and compliance across the organisation.
• Drive the planning, development, and monitoring of finance, technology, and premises functions.
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Establish commercial partnerships that deliver educational benefits for students.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support the Trust's long-term development.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, literacy, and numeracy at all times.

• CCAB Qualified or Qualified by Experience.
• Previous experience in not-for-profit environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
