What you'll need to succeed You will need to come from an accounting/ strategic background, in practice or industry and have commercial acumen as well as an understanding of owning process and reporting to commercial/asset teams. The ability to work with senior stakeholders on contracts/projects/assets is essential, where you can interpret commercial information and drive changes in the business.
