Financial Controller 2 day week 3 month project

Interim Finance Professional 2 days per week - 3 months (potentially longer)

£60-70k FTE

Our client is ramping up for a strong year and with this in mind they are actively seeking a seasoned senior finance professional with excellent Sage 50 experience to take a hands on overview of all things finance in the business. Initially probably for 3 months but could easily be extended for mutual benefit.

Focus of the project

• Review current finance procedures especially looking at the use of Sage 50 and maximising the system in order to provide meaningful and timely financial information
• Set up Management Accounts templates with integration in Sage 50
• Assist in training of 2 Accounts Assistants so key efficiencies are met
• Incorporate a full monthly management accounts pack/ procedure to include accurate job costings, WIP, Overheads, Cost of sales/cashflows/forecasts
• Work closely with the leadership team in streamlining efficiencies and value add within finance and wider business

Initially the role will be for c 3 months working 2 days per week. Salary ideal £60-70k fte
