We re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll and related HR administration within a busy manufacturing environment.
The Role
End-to-end payroll processing
Calculating gross pay, including bonus schemes
Managing statutory deductions and payments (SSP, SMP etc.)
Maintaining HR files and contracts of employment
Calculating holiday pay and entitlements
Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Advising management on payroll matters
Supporting statutory audits when required
What We re Looking For
Solid payroll experience, ideally within manufacturing
