Manufacturing Administrator (Part-Time 28.75 hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Manufacturing Administrator to provide essential support across a factory and office operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working within a manufacturing environment, is confident using computer systems, and has strong organisational skills.

You will play a key role in supporting production and inventory processes, working closely with the factory floor, supervisors, and office team. Full training will be provided on our ERP system, Epicor.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately closing production jobs within the ERP system

• Investigating and resolving negative stock discrepancies

• Processing stock transfers and maintaining accurate inventory records

• Supporting production planning and general factory administration

• Tracking and maintaining apprentice records and documentation

• Liaising with production teams, supervisors, and office staff

• Assisting with general administrative and office duties as required

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong IT skills with confidence in learning new systems

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Previous experience with ERP systems or stock control

• Ability to read or interpret basic technical or engineering drawings

• Experience supporting apprentices, training records, or compliance documentation
