Billings Coordinator

Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support Billings Operations in an international business. The role will assist with global invoicing operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate cashflow.

Details:

• Location: Guildford
• Salary: £30000-£33000
• Working Pattern: Hybrid 2 days from home after probation
• Contract 12 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise accurate sales invoices across seven global trading entities using internal systems.
• Manage the timely flow of billing files, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, responding to client queries within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and provide supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Experience:

• 2+ years experience in billing, invoicing, or finance administration within a commercial environment.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and familiarity with accounting software (Sage X3 desirable).
• Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international setting.
