Management Accountant

We're seeking a Management Accountant to focus on UK operations, providing accurate financial reporting and supporting departmental decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, explaining financials to non-finance stakeholders, and contributing to a business with strong values and growth plans.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for UK entity.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Partner with Heads of Department to explain financial performance.
• Assist with system migration and process improvements.
• Contribute to building stronger on-site relationships across teams.

• Strong Management Accounting experience.
• Comfortable with business partnering and explaining numbers to non-finance colleagues.
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Flexible on qualification level - Part Qualified or Qualified
• Steady, reliable, and proactive communicator
