Are you an Accounts or Tax Assistant with experience working within an accountancy practice, looking to join a busy, friendly, and supportive firm?

On offer is the opportunity to join a small, close-knit accountancy practice that prides itself on delivering high-quality work, clear advice, and excellent client service. They are looking for a proactive professional with accountancy practice experience who can take ownership of their work, support wider compliance, and thrive in a hands-on environment.

This varied role will involve preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, producing Self Assessment and Corporation Tax returns, supporting payroll, VAT and CIS work, and liaising confidently with clients.

This role would suit an Accounts or Tax Assistant with accountancy practice experience who is looking for a varied hands-on position where their expertise is valued and who wants to develop further in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Role:

• Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Prepare Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax returns
• Support payroll, VAT, and CIS compliance
• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

The Person:

• Qualified, or qualified by experience (both welcomed)
• Commutable to Blackwood
