Description

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions effectively.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for internal use.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in audits related to accounts receivable processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing queries.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
