This position offers the chance to manage your own ledger within a well-established and growing business based in Troon. You will play an important role in protecting cash flow, building strong client relationships and supporting wider financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and proactively pursue overdue payments in a professional manner.
• Allocate cash accurately and complete regular bank reconciliations.
• Assess new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes efficiently.
• Monitor aged debt, credit ratings and account risk.
• Recommend escalation or recovery action where required.
• Support month-end reporting and maintain accurate ledger records.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy environment.
• Competent in MS Office and accounting systems.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
