Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting financial data for corporate finance purposes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organised, pro-active, and able to manage multiple corporate finance assignments
• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Commercially aware with ambition to contribute to corporate finance business development

Main Duties:

• Support the corporate finance team across buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates
• Prepare company valuations, financial forecasts, and corporate finance reports
• Assist in the preparation of sales, investment, and funding memorandums
• Engage with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders, and other corporate finance stakeholders
• Support financial due diligence and other corporate finance activities
