Our client offers a professional accounting service including company accounts, VAT returns, tax planning, payroll, bookkeeping, and business support. Their experienced team utilizes modern technology and cloud-based solutions to deliver efficient and tailored services. Role Description

• Preparing company accounts
• VAT returns
• Management accounts
• Assisting clients with tax planning and compliance
• Providing bookkeeping and payroll support
• Working closely with clients to offer strategic business advice and support
• Ensuring compliance with Making Tax Digital requirements
• Utilizing cloud accounting tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.

Key Skills

• Strong technical skills in company accounts preparation, VAT returns, and management accounts
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax planning
• Experience with cloud accounting software, including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Relevant accounting qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or equivalent (part-qualified or qualified)
• Experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within an accounting practice
