Description

The key responsibilities for this Billing Specialist role will be:

  • Prepare, review, and process accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update billing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of billing data to management.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the billing function.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with other administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

The successful Billing Specialist should have:
