Description: We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Manager, based in Camberley, to take ownership of end-to-end payroll and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role combining payroll accuracy, compliance, and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll end to end, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll and HR queries
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, absence, disciplinaries and exits
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employment law and best practice
  • Maintain HR records, systems, and GDPR compliance
About You
  • Proven experience in a Payroll & HR, Payroll Manager or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll and employment law
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and confident working independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
