What you'll need to succeed You'll be a fully qualified ACA (ideally trained in a Top 25 firm) with approximately 2-3 years PQE. You may currently be working in practice, or have moved into industry in a financial reporting focused role. Strong experience preparing complex accounts, excellent technical knowledge of IFRS, and confidence handling multiple workstreams simultaneously will set you up for success. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.
