We are representing a respected insurance broker seeking a Senior Commercial Broker to handle complex, high value commercial insurance risks, typically £50,000 plus in premium. This is technical, hands on broking. Not volume. Not transactional.

Based in Stratford Upon Avon, this hybrid role requires two days per week in the Stratford Upon Avon office, with the remainder from home.

As Senior Commercial Broker and Complex Commercial Account Lead, you will take full ownership of large, multi class commercial insurance placements. You will structure submissions, assess exposures, identify gaps and negotiate directly with UK insurers.

You will work across property, liability, contractors, engineering, fleet and motor trade, supporting colleagues and acting as a technical point of contact within the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Broker and negotiate complex commercial insurance risks

• Prepare detailed market presentations

• Negotiate terms directly with insurers

• Provide technical guidance to colleagues

• Manage cases within authority and compliance frameworks

You are an experienced Senior Commercial Broker with strong UK insurance market knowledge and a track record handling complex cases.

You will bring:

• Proven commercial broking experience

• Broad technical knowledge across commercial lines

• Confidence negotiating with underwriters

• Strong judgement and decision making
