Senior Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a well-established, people-focused organisation within the professional services sector as they continue to invest in their commercial finance offering. This newly created Senior Management Accountant position sits within a collaborative revenue accounting team and will play a key role in shaping how financial insight supports wider business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, qualified accountant who enjoys commercial problem-solving, ownership of complex revenue areas and developing others. Working closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you will take responsibility for the full onboard revenue accounting portfolio, ensuring accuracy, clarity and strong commercial understanding across evolving revenue streams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, investigating and resolving accounting issues and clearly communicating the impact of findings
• Providing commercial insight across new and developing initiatives such as all-inclusive propositions, digital sales channels
• Coaching, supporting and developing team members, including those undertaking structured accounting study programmes
• Contributing to continual process improvement, enhancing reporting quality, controls and operational understanding

What you will bring

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong technical competency
• Experience producing insightful analysis that supports commercial decision-making
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to partner across finance and wider business teams
