Corporate Finance Executive

Your new roleAs a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services across a broad range of transactions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support clients through the full deal lifecycle, including:

• Preparing financial models, valuations and investment appraisals
• Contributing to sell-side and buy-side mandates, including information memorandums, pitch documents and due-diligence reports
• Conducting sector, market and company research to support strategic insights
• Managing key workstreams across live transactions and assisting in project coordination
• Building strong relationships with clients, investors, banks and other stakeholders

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who wants exposure to high-growth, owner-managed and PE-backed businesses.What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent), or progressing toward qualification
• Prior experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or a similar financial advisory environment
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and report-writing capabilities
• Commercial awareness and the ability to communicate confidently with clients
• A proactive mindset, with the drive to take ownership of tasks and deadlines
