Our client, a leader in their market, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality audits. Key responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager:

• Lead complex audits, ensuring robust planning, execution, and reporting.
• Provide meaningful insight and challenge to senior stakeholders while strengthening risk management and control frameworks.
• Manage and coach junior auditors to support skills development and capability uplift.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Contribute to the shaping of the annual audit plan and methodology enhancements.
• Maintain strong working relationships across the business to support continuous improvement and risk awareness.

Key essentials of the Internal Audit Manager:

• Strong internal audit experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading audit teams and overseeing complex audit work.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) advantageous.
