Interim Management Accountant

Role: Interim Management AccountantLocation: Appleton (3 days per week on-site)Day Rate: £350-£450Start Date: ImmediateDuration: Initial 3-6 months (with potential to extend)

I am currently working with a well-established logistics business based in Appleton who are looking to engage an Interim Management Accountant for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Business partnering with operational stakeholders

• Cost analysis and margin reporting within a logistics environment

• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close

• Supporting process improvements and ad-hoc financial analysis

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager role

• Strong month-end and reporting capability

• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced operational business preferred

• Confident working on-site and engaging with non-finance stakeholders

• Available to start immediately or at short notice
