Amazing Accounts Senior opportunity arriving in West Sussex!

The client we are working with is a Top 30 UK accountancy firm that promotes innovation, employee development, and collaboration. They are a leading firm of Accountants operating across the UK and are now looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join their West Sussex team.

As an Accounts Senior, you will

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering high-quality statutory and management accounts.

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102.

• Review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and constructive feedback to support their development.

• Liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting queries and provide proactive business advice.

• Assist with tax computations and liaise with the tax team to ensure deadlines are met.

• Work closely with Managers and Partners to identify opportunities for improving client service and adding commercial value.

As an Accounts Senior, you will need

• Prior experience in an accountancy practice environment preparing and reviewing accounts.

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (UK GAAP, FRS 102).

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA.
