Description:	Senior Management Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Location: Evesham Start Date: End of March Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a thriving organisation on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who can make an immediate impact within a busy, collaborative finance function and enjoys a broad mix of management accounting and operational finance work. A varied and hands on position within a growing, fast paced environment Significant ownership across management accounts, reconciliations, VAT, and commercial reporting Opportunity to collaborate with both UK and international finance teams A supportive and dynamic team culture Competitive salary, strong benefits package, and great exposure across the wider business Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals and P&L commentary Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple regions Oversee stock invoice postings and investigate purchase price variances Support marketing budget tracking and run monthly budget meetings Prepare VAT returns for multiple countries Complete bank reconciliations (GBP & EUR) Produce daily sales reporting Process monthly commission payments across all markets Update weekly currency rates Conduct monthly debt reviews and support the Sales Ledger function Provide operational finance support including calls, queries, and ad hoc tasks Assist with the day to day running of the Finance Team About You Qualified (ideally ACCA / CIMA but AAT and QBE would be considered for the right person Strong background in management accounting Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to detail Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (desirable) Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams Highly organised, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple priorities What You Will Receive Competitive salary Pension Private healthcare (after probation) Free quarterly product allocation A collaborative, friendly finance team and a highly varied workload Apply Today If you're an immediately available Senior Management Accountant ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
