Finance Business Partner

Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for an industry leading, international business based in Leeds.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially focused qualified finance professional looking for a purely commercial role in a fast paced and insightful industry.

The business is operating a hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

As a Finance Business Partner, this role will be responsible for working closely with senior stakeholders to provide in-depth financial insight with full P&L responsibility to support strategic decision making and shape financial strategy.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, leading the budgeting, forecasting and monthly and quarterly reporting, developing robust financial models and dashboards, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders whilst mentoring and supporting a small team to ensure continued professional growth.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Worked in a commercial of business partner role previously
• Have strong modelling skills
• Have the ability to present information to senior stakeholders
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
