Full-time Lettings Property Manager based in Manchester (flexible remote working available). Responsible for the day to day management of a residential portfolio ensuring strong resident satisfaction while overseeing lettings, renewals, compliance and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants.
Oversee maintenance, renewals, deposits, compliance, re-lets, rental income and portfolio growth.
Monitor rent payments and manage arrears.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
Ensure all safety and statutory compliance requirements are met (e.g. gas and electrical certificates).
Skills & Experience
Experience in a full 360 lettings/property management role.
Experience serving Section 21, 8, 13, and 47/48 notices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident relationship builder with residents, contractors and suppliers.
Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills.
Highly organised with sound judgement and a proactive approach to risk and dispute management.
