Senior Accountant - Progression to Practice Manager

We are working exclusively with a growing, values-led accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant. This is a new and exciting role created to support the practice's continued growth and to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role is ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to step into a broader, people- and operations-focused position.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the practice, working closely with the partners to support the team, manage workflow, and help shape the future of the business. You will support staff in managing their portfolios, ensure client work is delivered seamlessly, and provide trusted input to the partners to improve efficiency and growth.
