Your Role

• Lead and mentor a growing tax team
• Deliver complex advisory projects from start to finish
• Provide technical expertise on reorganisations, property structuring, and shareholder exits
• Review personal tax work and ensure accuracy across reports
• Manage workloads and run weekly team updates
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
• Keep up to date with changing tax legislation
• Support business development and identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3-5+ years' post-qualified experience
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
• Previous UK practice experience is essential
