Financial Accountant

Fareham - Hybrid£400 - £450 per day (umbrella)

A leading organisation within the aerospace sector has an immediate requirement for a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join the team on a 3-6-month contract. This role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and home working, with 3 days per week based in Whiteley and 2 days from home. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

• Prepare annual reports and statutory accounts in line with IFRS
• Support month-end and year-end reporting activities
• Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial statements
• Assist with technical accounting queries and process improvements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience producing statutory accounts under IFRS
• Background in financial reporting within complex organisations
• Confident working with auditors and senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
