Providing insightful business partnering to operational and service managers
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting cycles
Supporting financial planning and identifying cost pressures or efficiencies
Delivering clear analysis on service-level performance and funding streams
Enhancing financial understanding across care operations
Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contract, and internal reporting requirements
The Successful Candidate
A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong, demonstrable finance business partnering experience
Essential experience within Care and Support, supported housing, or similar regulated service environments
Skilled at translating financial data into meaningful operational insight
Confident engaging, challenging, and influencing operational teams
Able to start mid-March, ideally from 16th March
What's on Offer?
Contract: approx. 3-6 months with potential to go permanent
Start date: Around 16th March
Day rate: Competitive (depending on experience, paid via umbrella)
Location: North West London
